Questions I get asked a lot.

• What does an AI consultant do?
  I look at how your business runs, find the parts that are repetitive or time-consuming, and build automations and tools to handle them. I also train your team to use everything I build.
• How much does AI consulting cost?
  The first conversation is always free. After that, pricing depends on the scope — a simple automation is different from a full custom app. I'll tell you exactly what I'd build and what it would cost before you commit to anything.
• Do I need technical experience?
  No. I build things that are easy to use and I train your team on everything. If it's not something your team can maintain, I'll rethink the approach.
• What kinds of businesses do you work with?
  Any Bellingham business with repetitive tasks that eat up time — restaurants, retail, professional services, trades. If you're doing the same thing over and over on a computer, there's probably a way to automate it.
• What's the difference between this and just using ChatGPT?
  ChatGPT is one tool. AI consulting is about figuring out which tools actually fit your workflow, connecting them to each other, building custom automations around them, and training your team so it all sticks. It's the difference between owning a hammer and having someone build the house.
• How long does a project take?
  A simple automation can be done in a few days. A custom app or larger workflow overhaul might take a few weeks. I'll give you a timeline before we start so there are no surprises.
• What happens after you build something?
  I train your team to use it and make sure it's working in your day-to-day before I step back. If something breaks or needs adjusting later, I'm an email away.
• Do you work with businesses outside Bellingham?
  Yes. Most of the work can happen over a call and screen share. I'm based in Bellingham, WA but the consulting and the software work the same remotely.
